In a limited edition climate, our service goal is to offer new releases, reissues and represses as early as possible for North American customers for a chance to get them without having to go overseas.

Whenever you order a PRESALE item, be confident. We offer a full credit until the item ships from our supplier to us. Note! A 15% re-stocking fee applies thereafter.


Presale items are clearly marked PRESALE in each product thumbnail as well as on product pages with a status indicator and Pre-order button.

You'll receive status updates as your presale items come in to the shop, but we strongly encourage customers to contact us for updates on-demand anytime.

We charge low flat rate shipping on all United States orders. Doing so means we will handle and ship your pre-order items as expeditiously as possible. You might receive multiple shipments as a result.

International orders have a "pay shipping later" option allowing customers to build their orders until it makes sense to ship economically.

Unfilled Items

Occasionally, suppliers do not fill or only partially fill our orders (which are your orders). In most instances, those items are automatically defaulted to backorder status with the supplier for a repress and your orders will remain active with us until they are filled or you request a refund, credit or exchange

Other times we'll receive a clear communication from the supplier stating the title could not be filled and is out of print. When that happens we will automatically issue a credit to customers who order unfilled / out of print items.

Important to know! There are literally hundreds of reasons a release could be delayed, unfilled, back-ordered or cancelled. As much as we try to stay on top of things, certain title changes go undetected. So then we urge you to contact us anytime for updates. Your inquiries are very helpful in keeping the goods flowing.
