Here you'll find items added over the previous two weeks, as well as, all pre-sale and reloading stuff.

Once inside any of the sections listed above Sort and Format menus allow for more precise filtering. Forward/backward browsing per title is also enabled within sections.

Ordering Tips

Build orders and optimize shipping costs by using the "Hold / Add to Order" option for shipping and leaving instructions in the Notes field of your order. When you're ready to ship, send us a message and we'll bill you for shipping at that time.

For smoothest delivery, isolate pre-sale items from in-stock orders by placing separate orders.

We use two primary carriers, FedEx and USPS, having negotiated the deepest discounts possible. The absolute best domestic shipping service and rates are offered through FedEx when shipping to a commercial (business) address.

Friendly Heads Up: USPS Media Mail* is a cheap but inconsistent service and is offered AT YOUR OWN RISK. Pacific Beach Vinyl is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, mishandled or damaged packages as they are not insurable through this service. 

We offer FedEx International Economy and Priority, as well as, USPS First Class Int'l Mail/Package* services. Our partnership with Fedex makes its International Priority service the best of choice for packages over .9 kilos = 2 lbs (2-3 12" records).

Friendly Heads Up: a) USPS service does not offer recourse for lost or damaged packaged whereas FedEx does. b) we ask you to be informed on the customs policy for your country. Many times, customers will contact us believing a courier is billing them to release the package when in fact the courier works as the broker for local customs and is billing for the duties.

Pre-sale & Return Policy

Full refunds for any reason are offered on pre-sale items prior to shipping.

We accept returns, exchanges and refunds for any reason within 30 days as long as the item is in its original condition. Subject to 15% stocking adjustment for transit wear and other cosmetic defects.  Buy with confidence, our goal is your satisfaction.
