In a limited edition climate, our service goal is to offer new releases, reissues and represses as early as possible to our customers in order to give them a reasonable chance to get what they want. Whenever you order a pre-sale item, be confident as we offer a full refund anytime up to 30 days after the item is shipped as long as it's in its original salable condition.
Our pre-sale model is designed to give our customers full control to manage and ship their orders as they wish.
If you have multiple pre-sale items ordered, whether on one or more orders or whether mixed with in-stock items on the same order, you'll receive status updates as each one is received in our shop. Anytime we receive all your outstanding pre-sale items, we'll ship if you have already paid for shipping. If you have not paid for shipping, we'll contact you. If you're ready to ship, we'll bill you for shipping at that time.
